Getting back into the home workouts after 2 months in Africa. Becca I think zuzana is back to normal and her workouts aren’t ridiculously full of cleavage like bodyrock seems to be these days.
So after climbing a 6000m mountain; Mt Kilimanjaro, the largest free standing peak in the WORLD which stands as high as Everest base camp. It’s back to the gym next week, back to running and training for a half marathon and finally working towards my goal of 100kg deadlifts.
CAN’T WAIT to get back to weights, it has been killing me. THE only reason I’m excited to get back to uni aha.

So I know I’ve been mia but I’ve had a hell of a lot of exams for uni, vet science ain’t easy y’all ! So thank you to everyone who didn’t desert me!!! Seem as I don’t have much time I figured it would be easiest to update you on my life via photo:) note there’s no people haha. I have a hella lot to update you on but I dont have enough time atm, in brief I did my first 25 k run, had a massive panic attack in an exam and had to be escorted out( fml), I’ve started doing some more weights sessions with my boxing trainer. I can currently do five chin ups in a row!!!! And I have been trail running sooooo much and I’ve been loving it more than ever. In times of stress it’s what we need most and often deprive ourselves of ! I’ve been running anywhere from 10- 25 k a day depending on times and how I feel out on the trail , I have so so so much to tell you but I don’t think there’s anyone who’s particularly interested in my amazement at nature and love of trails!!! I’ve just started reading born to run for the fifth millionth time and it just keeps on giving me inspiration time and time again read it!! Also have three races coming up 20k25k and hopefully a 30 k I will probably do a few 12ks if I can fit it in :) life’s been amazing to us all never forget the gifts we have been given, I am so thankful for a body that works and strong legs to run me through amazing trails!!
So although I look horrible and focussed and fat in these photos here are some from the weekend. Took out 4th woman so even if I don’t have an amazing body, I can still run better than those people with their fancy gear and muscles :)

so this is the run I’m doing this sunday guys:) I majorly injured my foot last weekend running and have spent the week on crutches. Alas at last it seems to have healed a bit and I’m going to just take it easy this weekend
Boxing is also going really well I’m getting a heck of a lot stronger and faster, and I’m starting weights again on weds with my trainer :) get excited.
Also on monday my trainer wants me to go with her to this footy club as shes been asked to train the players :P It’ll be good eyecandy for sure and I’ll get to show them boys up ahah
SO finally the times for teh 12km is up :) :)

My arms are so dead they havent stopped shaking for two hours!!!
I thought I was doing a really bad job because she didn’t pick up or say anything about my form or punches but I chatted to her afterwards and she said quite the opposite that I was doing really well and that I was really fit!! This coming from an Australasian title holder!! YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
Also did pilates class this arvo :) and tomorrow im going for a mountain bike ride and later an aqua class!! Killing it
and friday i did my first weights class in forever LOVING LIFE
haha just took some ab photos, looked at them, laughed then realised there is no way in hell you guys will ever see them.
Slowly slowly slowly they come, been working on these babies for quite some time, and they only just show, not until they are like BAM abs shall I show you guys.
Went to body step tonight and spent and hour doing some cardio before hand. Didn’t get to do some weight tonight :( but I did some abs when I got home :)
Finished it off with 3 boiled eggs for dins. I ran out of protein powder last night and the shop that sells the one I use is ages away :( aghhhh
P.s sorry for that absence of posts, I haven’t been feeling too great, I’ve had a lot on my plate so just needed to cut back on tumblr and get life on track. Just missing my dadda, wishing he was still alive and what not. Till next time
