Get up and be the person you want to be.That's my goal and I'm going out with guns blazing to get what my body deserves.

I'm a boxer, trail runner/ barefoot marathon lover, swimmer,LOVE squats and deadlifts and cycle my way anywhere I can :). Needless to say life is wonderful when you surround yourself with positivism. I have come leaps and bounds from the person I used to be, to be in a place and mindset I could only dream of :)Life is wonderful YOLO
:) Getting my Goals in perspective. →

Getting back into the home workouts after 2 months in Africa. Becca I think zuzana is back to normal and her workouts aren’t ridiculously full of cleavage like bodyrock seems to be these days.

So after climbing a 6000m mountain; Mt Kilimanjaro, the largest free standing peak in the WORLD which stands as high as Everest base camp. It’s back to the gym next week, back to running and training for a half marathon and finally working towards my goal of 100kg deadlifts.

CAN’T WAIT to get back to weights, it has been killing me. THE only reason I’m excited to get back to uni aha.

Anyway you should all do this awesome workout my time was 15:34. Not bad for two months away.  For now home workouts shall have to do :)

I was looking at my hard-drive and found pictures from when I was sick, this is probably the first time every I’ve looked at them and haven’t seen myself as fat. I never realised how far I have come. So proud the look in my eyes says there is no lift. Compare it to photos recently and I look happy, because I am. I don’t need to smile to show my happiness, I don’t have to smile to hide my sadness either!
I’ve been eating like a boss and I feel amazing! I have becca to thank for keeping me going and setting my life back on track, 6 years with an eating disorder and its about time to kick it out on its ass for good- doing squats preferably

Workout :)

Today was supposed to be my rest day but I talked myself into doing a workout because I haven’t been feeling like I worked hard enough all week, I was doing the same workouts and pushing myself everyday but I wasn’t exhausted. SO today instead of taking it easy I by complete default fully pushed myself without realising.

I changed my workout and did this awesome routine;

http://www.bodyrock.tv/2011/07/01/fierce-friday-workout/

I’ve done this one once before but I don’t think I was doing it with such intensity the first time [ it was one of the first bodyrock workouts i did]. IT KILLED ME,my legs are killing me :) :) :)

I was dripping in sweat such a good feeling!

Also did a quick interval run as a warm down.

40 x lifted knee sit ups

20 x leg lifts [was tired!]

100x jumping jacks

20x 15kgs shoulder weights

40 x 14kg leg lifts

I’ve run out of protein shakes which I’m freaking out about BUT I quickly cooked some basil and tomato salmon 13.4g protein and only 2.0 g carbs:) and 2 boiled eggs:)

I REALLY SHOULD GET BACK TO STUDYING!
